Oduma Chibuike he claimed to be the Comptroller General of Nigerian Custom Service Abdullahi Dikko who held the position as from August 2009-August 2015. He,Oduma claimed to be in the position as from August 2009-date and transaction with one Moses Bamaiyi Dangana,Gbokoro Village in Toto L.G.A of Nasarawa State inrespect of his two Children whom he promised to get a job and made away with the sum of twelve thousand naira (N12,000.00)

He sent e-form with application number :NCS/2015/45667/099,for the first Applicant and another with the same number :NCS/2015/45667/099, for the second Applicant.
These Recruitment/Replacement forms were filled, scanned and sent to the email address infogovtcustom2015@naij.com
The Scammer who claimed to be Abdullai Dikko former Comptroller General of Nigerian Custom Service is on Facebook where he scams people promising them of job.
After sent the filled forms into the email address given, he said the screening exercise is on the 28th July, 2016 at the customs headquarters and therefore, he should pay a sum of N20,000.00 X2 =N40,000.00 but complained to them and slashed to N15,000.00 each, =N30,000.00 for ID cards which he said if you don't have the ID, you will not be allowed to enter the screen venue. Please everybody should be ware of this guy. He really name is Oduma Chibuike but pose as Abdullahi Dikko on Facebook. Here are the Scammer account number.
