Three flyovers at a time?
And still not owing workers? Yet Saraki despite the high rate of revenue being generated in Bayelsa state and federal allocation additional to 13 oil derivation constructed just one single monkey bridge and called it flyover.
Yes I'm telling you, just that the tax regime in Ebonyi now is very very tight angry ... But I'm happy because the masses is not deterred, instead it motivated everybody to work harder. The governor should more in the area of job opportunities not government job, rather make the economy of the state to be more attractive to investors, increase in population to boost commercial and other economic activities..

Who is talking about bragging I am talking of promotion, you guys should promote your state to shut those people with negative mindset about it up, you promote your state to attract investors, we are in digital world so people don't go to a location to know how it looks, sites like nairaland and others can be used to promote your state. You wonder why Peter of Psquare is getting more endorsement deals than his brothers, promotion, dude can promote himself like hell.

Once the state is safe and he stabilize the power generation then inventor will come and job opportunities will be created.
Area I think will attract investor include the Nkalagu cement company, the Amasiri and ezzamgbo quarry, the uburu and okposi salt lake and host of others.

I also read there oil deposit in Ebonyi(though not huge) I think the federal government should also beam it searchlight there just like they are doing in lake Chad basin.

Am a proud *EBONYI* boy, Afikpo North precisely. The place is fast developing that is just the truth, but the problem is that most people still have the view of yesteryear about ebonyi state and as such, are misguided in their assertion.

Am kinda impressed. I never knew Abakaliki vis a vis ebonyi was this developed....

With high concentration of 4 to 5 storey buildings, making it look like a mini onitsha...

Kudo to ebonyi people, you guys will surely get there. God bless igbo land

All Igbo towns have concentration of 3 to 6 storey buildings and that is why it's called Igbotic buildings. Gradually they are improving on the designs but still not uhuru.

Abakaliki though smaller is finer and more livable than Onitsha by miles.

You are very correct.. There is oil deposit in Afikpo but I think it's good we forget about oil for now and focus on other solid minerals.. There are huge deposits of minerals scattered in every community of the state which are still lying fallow. We have large expanse of arable lands for agriculture which is also a huge investment area. This is one the of the reasons I want true federalism so that every State should go and cater for her needs, this will force us to go inwards and bring out the best in us.

Abagworo is a bitter and envious hopeless old man. He is only bitter that Onitsha is a beautiful mega city while Owerri and Imo state at large is a backward town/state littered with the worst form of roads and unlivability and shanties as accommodations, that implies his anger and frustration. The only thing thriving in Owerri and imo state in general is prostitution and brothel business. Little wonder the state is ranked among northern states in all indices of poor development. cool

Maka Chukwu, you need an e- slap to format your brain.

Which one is Igbotic building and not yet Uhuru? You want us to be building those type of dilapidated bungalows and public yards that litter your Rumu slums in ObaLGA?

And why are you trying by all means to instigate an Onitsha vs Abakaliki dick measuring contest here, I swear, I can now see why Chino hates you this much.

Chino please, ignore this attention seeker, lets not derail this wonderful thread for our Ebonyi brothers.

It is not far fetched why Abagworo is bitter about the advancement in other Igbo towns and cities. It is only in Owerri that one can see shanties as below which was captured in Owerri, this represents 85% of areas in Owerri where most of people dwell in the town apart from the government house.

Abagworo wants the rest of Igbos to replicate Owerri shanties in all parts of Igboland, that is the only reason he is bitter about those highrise decent accommodations in other Igbo cities outside Owerri.

Re: Hill top and Street View Of Abakaliki by asha81: 9:27am On Jul 03, 2016
Since Abagworo does not want peaceful atmosphere, we will make sure that he does not know peace and imo state will continue to bear the blunt until he learns the hard.

Is Abagworo even an Igbo man? I think contrary to what he says here,I think his Mum is from Oguta, whil his Dad is from Ikwerre.

Let's not denigrate Imo state for the sake of an Ikwerre impostor.
Re: Hill top and Street View Of Abakaliki by asha81: 9:54am On Jul 03, 2016
He is from imo state while his mother is an age long prostitute in Port Harcourt. Imo state will continue to be battered and shown to the world as it is(shanties) until such a time he will be completely tamed. I am on NL sorely for that hopeless old man.

I disagree with you on this one, Mazi Chino. The entire Imo state must not be made to suffer for the sake of a man whose loyalty is more to his Ikwerre people than to Ndiigbo.

Reason am well, nwanne.
