It depends on the lady, but I don't consider it "romantic" myself. Flowers are most beautiful out in the wild, or in gardens. There's this trail I like that leads to a gorgeous field of red poppies, which I consider breathtaking. I've spent quite some time there. A bouquet of flowers has never had that effect on me. I've always thought of it as a filler, something you gift someone along with something else, or a thoughtless gift for when you don't really know the person. I've only ever gotten flowers for sick people who can't be out and about.

Yes ladies really still do appreciate flowers but the flowers have to be drawn on a currency preferably foreign currency...in the alternative, the flowers must be accompanied by a brown envelope full of currencies...good luck
