You could have used a better example. Chris Brown is only 2nd to tpain in auto-tune department. Things have changed, a lot has evolved. Nobody criticises pop artists for using autotune. Besides, wizkid is not a heavy autotune artist. It is only a sin when used by proper vocalists.

Vocoder, Talk box or Autotune. Almost every pop artist out now, has their voices digitally touched. What they use out of the 3 i listed is what only they can answer. Most of these artistes are naturally gifted with beautiful voices, but the world is in love with what autotune can do, they have to blend it in, one way or the other. Business is ultimate.

Even the legendary Adele has been accused of digitally touching her voice at some point.
