People drink coffees at work and beers off work but do we know how this tradition got on? Here’s a little science behind it:
When caffeine enters your brain it is attracted to certain receptors, which it blocks. These are receptors which otherwise activated would make you drowsy, but now that they’re blocked, you feel the opposite: full of energy.
When beer enters your cerebral cortex it binds with other receptors causing your brain to get more free space to do activities. It blocks your inhibition and makes you more creative as your alcohol levels rise in the blood. Since you are distraction-free, you are more focused about the world around you.
The problem is: when you drink a little more than ‘just right’, you are prone to the unwanted effects of both.
Beer causes bad memory and bad decision-making capacity.
Caffeine on the other hand causes you insomnia, palpitations and jitteriness in some.
So beer is good if you’re looking for ideas, and coffee is good if you want to work on an idea you already have. Although too much of both and you already lose the benefits of both.
Remember the right quantity of both matters. Make sure you don’t go over the top!

The causes of male infertility can be categorised into 2 distinct categories namely;

1. Acquired: most infertility in men are often acquired. This include the following means.
a. Infection: most infections from a woman (opportunistic) can result to male infertility e.g Trichomonas vaginalis, Candidiasis may result to infertility in male. You want to ask how?

b. Alcohol and smoking: these are agents which are believed to affect spermatogenesis thereby sperm cells are produced without quality
c. Environmental: truck drivers who drive at long distance. The heat generated isn't a conducive temperature for the survival of sperm cells. Others of such include cell phones in the pocket and overheated laptop.
