Given that Buhari is way below the national IQ average of 75, we can liberally assign Buhari a test score of 60 ( average northern IQ score). Thus that makes this Chimp  More intelligent than this Duara goat  NB: we are not comparing academic qualifications . The chimp will probably pass an algorithm designed Cambridge Test than Buhari. I am only staying that the chimp is way smarter by at least 20pts than Buhari . |
