Yes there are genuine data resellers on Nairaland ans also fakes. Go to tech market or phones market section, you will see quite a number of genuine sellers with threads of more than 30 pages. You can scan through their threads before making your decision on who to subscribe with.

One has to be very careful when dealing with anyone they meet online. Before you contact anybody advertising anything online, click on their profile to find out how long they've been on the forum. If you click on a profile and see that it was recently created, common sense should tell you that that person is most likely a scammer. From the profile, you go through the posts. Most times, those scammers have nothing else to offer other than dumping ads of fake data on different threads.
