I ordered for Cubot Note S from Jumia last week Thursday, since it was overseas shipping I decided not to expect the phone for at least seven days ( normally Jumia delivered my order btw 2-4 days). Only for me to track my order and am seeing item delivered when I haven't received anything.. . Have already sent them a mail waiting for their reply first before proceeding with my next plan... any Jumia agent on this forum should pls come in here Checkout d screenshot below

Chill bro .. Am. Sure is a system error.. Same thing happened to me. because I know my money is in the right hands(jumia) I chill. B4 jumia send the money to them, they MUST call you to confirm if you receive your order. |

Hmmm I called em and they said someone collected the package on my behalf... Lol...package to be shipped to kogi was taken to Kano and they are saying it's DHL error.. |
