The best man for the job is Paul Le guen. His philosophy of playing possession football will come in handy especially now that we have a bunch of young players who are comfortable with the ball to feet. he has long time experience. he has a master degree in i am not sure but likely coaching sport. won more cap than most

The NFF should appoint LE Guen as technical adviser and Salisu Yusuf as Head coach, this is how it was in the 90s when Westerhof was Technical adviser and christian chukwu Head coach.

Salisu Yusuf has much home base experience that should not be thrown away especially with CHAN insight

Le guen is the most qualified though.... He shud have it.

I will support the Iceland model for long term continuity goals. They signed largerback with a clause that an Icelandic coach must be his assistant. They eventually made them joint coaches to the euros and we saw the result.

So for me, Le Geun for coach with Yussuf as his assistant so that he can get more training and exposure to take over in the future.
