Why are you wailers saying nonsense?

Our baba can only work with people he trusts, And we all know that Northerners are the most Trustworthy and most patriotic citizens in Nigeria.

Baba can't make any mistakes, Are Northerners not Nigerians??, You southern five percent people can go to hell!... God bless baba!!!

You can cry till you shed blood. It never has, and never will change nothing.

You all systematically and effectively excluded yourselves from this government, and have no one to blame.

Nigeria has been healed of the blind Easternocracy that reigned under the ineffectual buffoon.

All due respect, sir, you've got to draw a line in the sand between support and barefaced lying. That statement is as crooked as a dog's hind leg.

Buhari seems to have lost his marbles since becoming president. I am resident in the east and can confirm to you that Buhari still has a reasonable amount of support to this day. Good people from whom he can appoint. Not to mention the neutrals.

People have a right to association. A leader brazenly isolating a particular section of the country like Buhari is doing is a recipe for disaster. He is setting a bad precedence.

What should matter is that he's now the president of all, and should act like it.

Granted, he's isolating the Igbos because they did vote against him. What reason have you made out for his leaving out the Yorubas and other southerners who voted overwhelmingly for him in the scheme of things? How much rewards have they had?

But then, you can't use yesterday's thinking in today's world. The man is behind the times in a lot of aspects. I hope you and those in support of this travesty of equity and fairness can take the heat when it eventually turns on you, and no innocent blood will be shed as a result.

Life is turn by turn.

By the way, I am a northerner through and through, born and raised. I just like to call out a spade for what it really is. Can't met out a treatment I cannot take on others. Nobody should be thought of as less specialised in anything. At least, not while they boast even more qualifications.

Since military regime till date, this country has produced leaders, but Buhari wasn't a leader. Buhari is an abnormally. He is a misfortune for the country and a tribalistic bigot.

May God judge him

That's an opinion. President Buhari is vindictive no doubt, but politics is not a tea party either. Of course I am aware Buhari has a sprinkling of support in the SE, which is why we have the likes of Rochas, Onu, Ngige et al. serving in this government. Ask yourself what those names have in common, and you will agree with me that they are the ones who did not myopically and sentimentally reject the current ruling party while it sought for power. How do you expect a conservative man like PMB to appoint people who are hell-bent on ensuring his government fails and are more interested in secession; is that not a willfull invitation to sabotage?

Absolutely, Rochas, Ngige et al. exercised that right despite multi-faceted attacks on them from their people, and are key functionaries in this government. This is why in my initial comment, I emphasized that the SE, by voting as a bloc amidst a bitter, personal, dirty, sentimental, bigotry-filled and intolerant campaign of hatred; systematically and effectively excluded themselves of being significant players in this government. Needless to say, that the campaign of hatred has not stopped, and is bound to further alienate both parties. In the light of this, your above submission lacks merit sir.

Thats not true, Yorubas are well represented in this government from the MDA's to the Armed Forces (Chief of Defence Staff), including the only 'Super ministry' headed by Babatunde Fashola and the FIRS headed by Tunde Fowler which is only second to the NNPC in economic relevance. With regard to northern dominance in the security circles, that's obviously strategic especially considering the fact that PMB survived a coup which ended his last administration. You really can't blame the old man.

Finally regarding qualifications, which of PMB's appointees has fallen short in that regard? Your baseless conclusion is uncalled for because it lacks substance and smacks of immodesty, which is deeply uncharacteristic of someone who claims to be a northerner 'through and through'.

Incredible!!! sad , I love your "analysis", sad, I excised some so we don't belabour a very contentious issue...

Bubu took a trip 3x with "only" his people and returned 3x empty handed, he took it a group of "strangers" just once, ONCE and got lucky.. He only became a success because he took this journey as a collaboration.

It was strategic to walk with those strange bedfellows then, but when it comes to sharing the spoil of war, he had to only do it with the people he trusts, very smart and noble thinking.. cool

... So over compensating northerners and gross disregard (though not a breach of the constitution,it's just a slap in the face of equal opportunity and fairness) for federal character principle will ensure that any attempt to remove him will fail?

Please remind us again the tribe of the people who removed him the first time? The jokes write themselves....

P.S, 2 Things Bubu needs to do for the few of us that still are managing to hold out hope in the face of despair/buyer's remorse and mocking "I told you Sos".

1. No matter how vindictive his humanity allows him to be, not all the votes he got from the east are his party members, he should try and remember what it took them and the risk they took and be magnanimous in victory... one or two that way wouldn't be amiss.

2. He should please remove Adesina, a recruitment error that is taking up valuable SW space.. We have only about 5 spots, (ministerial is constitution, ain't no favour) Adesina is not representing us well!!!
