I would like to purchase a 3-4 bedroom flat in Lagos within the Ogba/Ikeja or Surulere environs. The key features are accessibility to major transport hubs such as Pen Cinema, Ogba Bus Stop, Ikeja(Under Bridge), Ojuelegba etc as well as current state of premises, security considerations and power supply. Clarification on potable sources of water supply would also be required. I wish to state that I am currently in no hurry to purchase at the moment but would prefer to engage in preliminary discussions about available properties with a view to taking a final decision on purchase. This may take a patient couple of months but will ultimately result in a sale!
