I bought a new etisalat sim yesterday nd joined easy cliq, heard it's the best, I subscribed for BlackBerry complete 1voice, for 1k, thinking it's a data plan, was browsing fine with it till it just stop browsing, no notification ntn, I had to subscribe for 200mb these morning to enable me browse, please any1 who knows how I can use my BlackBerry 1 month plan should kindly assist me..... please nairalanders

If you are not using bb phone call the customer care

Is your phone a Blackberry? If yes, which type? You can not use a Blackberry plan for a non Blackberry phone. Just call 200 to reach their contact center and complain. As long as the data is intact, you will be refunded.

You can't use that plan on a Q5. If you're unable to reach them on phone, you can go to their verified Facebook page. Just search for etisalat Nigeria and the result will come out. You'd get quicker response if you send them a message than if you write on their wall (speaking from experience).

Go for Android plan subscription. By dial *229*2*7# for 1.5gb for 1k. Then change yhur apn settings from etisalat to blackberryx.net
