Good morning Nairalanders!!!

Let me explain myself more clearly. I know there are so many fresh graduate out there looking for job, but upon getting this job, I expect a salary which is what every job seeker is always after but apart from salary what other benefits is compulsory or must be attached to the salary. Some companies give health, wardrobe, food, transportation allowances e.t.c.

Or what can a new employee/appointee request from a company as benefits or entitlements

I will be glad if someone can help with a list of the necessary benefits expected from at least a small organization.

Please if you are working you can share your benefits/entitlements if you wish too.
