satelliteDISH: Nigeria desperately needs a decentralized power system. A national grid makes no sense in a place like Nigeria. Let each state take care of its own power needs. Those that cannot generate their own power can purchase from those that have excess. |

Only on this street, (Joseph dosu way) come to badagry in the night and see total blackout especially ajara. People at iberoko and aradagun area enjoying the real light more than the badagry main town itself. 1 Like |

satelliteDISH: Tinubu tried dt when he was governor. All d plants were imported & everything, but the federal government frustrated it. In Nigeria, u have to go through the national grid to get light in ur state. NEPA/PHCN doesn't invest in individual grids for states, only d national grid connects to pples homes. |

Silva79: For which side in Badagry?. First to see someone claim to be a Badagrian on this forum. As usual this is just a face dressing to me. Few months ago this street lights were not working just because the governor is on working visit to all the local govt areas in Lagos they worked on them to go off in the shortest time. Street light powered by gen in this 200p/l economic time. 1 Like |
