MTN recently enabled a service called DND(Do not Disturb)Many subscriber has put their Nos on DND List
To avoid Bulk SMS,VAS promos, etc.)hence blocked Delivery&Reduced MTN Delivery ratio

To solve this issue,follow the steps below & inform all your clients,friend,members,etc.

Send "ALLOW" to 2442

Once the above is done the Number will get out of the DND Service & will be able to receive SMS

if unblocking does not work do it online via https://www.donotdisturb.mtnonline.com:8081/vasportal

Sometimes the customer is not aware of this issue, so it's sometimes better for the sender to enrol for corporate route of SMS. To send Bulk SMS to Nigeria DND Phone numbers, consider checking out corporate route of [url]ediarosms.com[/url] gateway, there is a solution on how to enrol and deliver to DND numbers at: http://www.ediarosms.com/resource/news/how-to-enrol-and-deliver-to-dnd-numbers
