The individual will be responsible for organising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office and make sure that office facilities are well maintained, relevant records are up to date and all administration processes work effectively.
The individual will also be required to supervise staff in different roles (such as data entry, social media, content writers, etc) and must be able to handle client projects, so good project management skills and a firm understanding of internet technology will be a big plus.
Responsibilities
• Using a range of software, such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, spreadsheets and databases;
• Work with other managers to develop strategies and implement ideas to actualize the company’s daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Manage client projects and project and liaise with clients as needed including office visits
• Participate in business development activities as required.
• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints;
• Manage filing systems and developing and implementing necessary administrative systems;
• Record office expenditure, set staff targets and manage budget;
• Organise the office layout and ensure the condition of the office is well maintained ;
• Oversee the management of existing staff and the recruitment of new staff,
carry out staff appraisals, manage their performance and ensure discipline is maintained
Requirements
• A BSc/ HND in Administration Sciences or any related course
• A minimum of second class lower degree or its equivalent
• A minimum of 2-10 years working experience
• Must be resident in Lagos
