APC doesn't speak for the Presidency or Mrs. Buhari. You should know by now that there's a disconnect between the party and the President. He doesn't seem to trust the party and he has dumped it's manifesto. Meanwhile APC wants to hang on to Buhari to retain relevance

Regarding NYSC....a law graduate can do NYSC after going to law school or before going to law school.

(Knew two lawyers during my NYSC who got called up after graduating from law school.One of them explained things to me.)

Famous example....Donald Duke, ex governor of cross river state...who did NYSC after law school.

Same for architects.....you can do NYSC after getting your BSc Architecture or after getting the MSc.
