They're already discontinued. Meanwhile I have a gionee m3 mini for sale, neat as new, everything still intact, goes for 22k or a swap with other similar high end phone...

You can get the L5 at slot. I bought mine there for 20500 naira 2 months ago.
Now, a few advice for you...
1. Try to buy a brand new phone not 2nd hand, fairly or excellently used. (I'm sorry if I had spoiled market for anyone here).
2.You may even see both phones at slot but maybe have a little difficulty in making your choice. I faced the same thing but here's a guide for you:
Both phones are really good for their prices; The m3mini is a bit more expensive than L5.
Both phones had good battery life but the L5 battery is a bit stronger than m3mini.
Both phones had 5mp back camera, but the m3mini camera(both back & front) is much better than the L5.

Approximately 22k but it also depends on your location.
I haven't been to Ibadan before so I suggest you google slot offices in Nigeria.

Well... You can't get all those features in one phone except you go for more expensive ones like Gionee m5 and TECNO L8+.
Like I said earlier, both devices are quite good for their prices. They both have pros and cons so your choice will depend on your most important priority. If you are more interested in camera, video calls and selfie, Buy m3mini, but if you really want a long lasting battery, get L5. The m3mini batt is still good but when it reaches 20%, it doesn't last anymore, it can drain from 20 to 0% in one hour while 20% in L5 can take you a whole day on moderate use.
Both devices doesn’t get hot, but only the charger can get hot due to long charging time (M3mini takes approx 3hrs while L5 takes approx 4hrs).
Talking about lagging, both devices have 1gb ram and can lag once in a while, though, L5 processor speed(1.3ghz) is a bit faster than m3mini (1.0ghz). But m3mini has a better chipset and latest processor architecture. No need to mention the 4G LTE in m3mini because it's almost useless in Nigeria.
When I was in the same situation you are now, I chosed L5 and till today, I have no regret whatsoever for making that choice.
