as much as I hate blaming the government for things and happenings, I would do otherwise , because if you continue blaming the government we cant move forward,this would be an exception , ict classes in schools are very poor, tech subjects like intro tech are nothing to right home about , but he has the passion , thats the most important thing , with a little mentoring and encouragement he would build something better.pls lets stop comparing Nigeria to other countries.
