I agree but not totally. Our biggest problem has always been mismanagement and corruption. At least there's news out there that the money has been released since last year but as per the normal Naija way, it has abracadabra'd. Sometimes our problem is not even being able to afford or not, its just some person somewhere has "chopped" it. Now what I just need to see is this govt's eagerness to bring this ppl to book rather than the athletes feeling like their govt has abandoned them. The whole thing has just been a mess
