there's not a 100% effective contraception out there except for complete abstinence. however, there are many forms of contraceptives that are highly effective some as high as in 90s when used correctly and with consistency. you just have to choose the type that you think you will be able to handle and be consistent with. and the good news is there are plenty of options to use from. |

Why would 5-day period (Menstruation) change to 2-days. And what is the reason why it looks somehow blackish. |
