Roles:
• Performing administrative tasks such as making/receiving phone calls, receiving visitors, sending and receiving letters and documents and liaising with clients and contractors.
• Purchase and maintenance of office supplies and furniture.
• Proper filing and records of official documents.
• Store inventory and management.
• Responsible for opening the office and locking up after work.
• Managing company’s calendar (which includes events and projects).

2. Interior Architect/Designer
Qualification: BSC in relevant field
Roles:
• Space planning
• Architectural and 3D drawings
• Meeting with clients and taking brief
• Sourcing materials, suppliers and contractors
• Client presentations
• Liaising with clients and contractors

3. PA to MD
Qualification: BA
Roles:
• Screening of calls and visitors
• Managing MD’s diary
• Liaise with clients on MD’s behalf
• Running any other errands
Experience: 3 years in a similar position.

4. Site/Project Manager
Qualification: BSC Building or any related field
Roles:
• Management of projects from planning stage to implementation.
• Ensuring the project runs to schedule and to budget, and finding solutions to problems that may cause delays.
• Managing risks and issues
• Planning and defining scope
• Resource planning and management
• Developing and managing schedules
• Proper documentation
• Liaising with customers and contractors

5. Accountant
Qualification: BSC
Roles:
• Implementation of proper tax system
• Pay roll management
• Book keeping and updating of company and project accounts
• Responsible for petty cash
• Filing and documentation of all accounting information.

• Preparing financial statements (monthly, quarterly and yearly)
