1. The Document to look for all these is the customs document called the SGD (single Goods Declaration) or simply the declaration.
2. At the TOP right hand corner you will see the section with the Number 1 and Named DECLARATION.
3. By the side you will see all these information i asked for

Its no longer funny oh, I just helped someone who bought his car from SLOT in Abuja to get proper customs clearance after his HONDA Accord 2013 was seized by men of the Federal Operation Unit Zone C Owerri.
