Am amazed at the number of bereaved applicant jews from the land of crimes who cannot hide their pains at the slaughter of their errant heroes. Some are so daft and pained they ask to see pictures before they can believe. How dumb In conflicts all over the world, in how many are pictures of the carnage shown ? We have conflicts currently going on between sworn enemies in Ukrain, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, etc. From how many of them do we have pictures regularly shown aside from tv footage ? In this case, Nigeria is not at war so showing such pics may instigate a case of genocide and those in charge of this operation are certainly not as daft as these morons. To those of you who sarcastically said its the Yorubas that are being killed i hope you felt consoled by your stupidity. You forget Yorubas are involved in the oprration. Disputation about casualty figures is a product of ignorance. In military operations, you only use bombs when you have a cluster or group of enemies gathered together in numbers. From Igbo Olomu end of the area where i reside, i saw the aircrafts and helicopter gunships that were used on thursday and counted the number of sorties made. Yesterday, i saw only the helicopters from my end. Considering the foregoing and the fact that the entire area have been totally encircled by the army and navy since thursday to forestall any escape, i have no doubt in my mind that the figure quoted may be correct. The casualty figures may actually have been downplayed by the military as they are wont to do in such cases. One needs to be close to the scene of action to know it was a massive operation deftly carried out by the military. It may interest you to know that about two days before the commencement of this operation, i noticed strange aerial objects surveying the entire area which later became known as a surveillance. So they had an estimate of the numerical strenght and locations beforehand. Whoever feel bereaved by the operation may quickly find the nearest transformer because it is said to be an ongoing operation. Accept my condolences at the departure of your hero-masters. 9 Likes 1 Share |

Where are the yeye Avengers? They were bragging and boasting that they know creeks better than our Military, forgetting we are in 21st century. You will be roasted using Alpha Jet in the creeks, all we will see is your barbecued carcass either on Nairaland or News paper. |

BermudaTriangle:it amaze me how some people behave, its only we that stay close to this place that knows what really happened, the shooting yesterday was too much, and it all went down when the helicopters with guns started shooting at the militants, in a community of almost 300 militants, the dead will be more than 114, and among the women the soilders arrested 3 of them were Yoruba's u can confirm from someone who lives in the area. |

timisco1: So u are affirming that any trouble emanating from the Niger Delta is being perpetrated by the Ijaw nation. This I always tell whoever cares to listen that all ND wahala starts and ends with the Ijaws, most of them lawless set of people wherever they settle (or are allowed to settle). May God help Nigeria rise above these scumbagss. |

[s]Remember how folks in the south declared that there'd be unrest of seismic proportions if Bokoharam attacked south. The same wouldn't be the case if covered-up...which of course any reasonable government would do. Dont mind me, just wondering aloud because of all the jet planes reputedly buzzing around. [/s] |

silibaba:See your life? Trained soldiers will not stand ordinary criminals who happened to know how to pull the trigger by chance. I don't know how some of you reason in this forum. The Nigeria Army is one of the best combatant force in the world, perhaps your dull brain will absorb that. Let the militants go about destroying pipelines and oil installations, all I know is that When the jungle mature we will see who will shout genocide. Bunch of criminals who hide under Niger delta agitations to enrich themselves. |

My own is that where was Egbesu when Odi was levelled? Where was Egbesu when the Ijaws were captives under the Bini kingdom Since the Ijaws have denied being behind the militancy in the SW creeks, the Military can go ahead and kill as many of these criminals as possible. Let's see who would claim their corpses. |

I bet some innocent souls were cut up in the military offensive. As for me I think the military should have gassed up the area in order to sedate or knock out consciousness from occupants on the region than just using sheer military lethal strength. |
