I don't know about it being poisonous. What i know is that as big as that tortoise, it might have lived up to 100 year. And they slaughtered it just like that. And again it's an endangered species which make it very rear to see. So guy don't just slaughter animals just like that. Report to the government if you find an endangered animal.
