Good-day,i will make this brief,mtn has being charging mi 15naira per day for micro insurance for more than 5yrs years now,i have called their customers care for like 10times now in which one of them ask me if i havnt being receiving messages on insurance,i told her no,please which kind of messages do i have to receive this period of time? I hav also visited their offices twice on this same issue without no result,is their system developing a fault? am soo worried n offended about this situation and i need this charges all stopped within 48hrs and my money peacefully refunded back to me.i hop it won't be a big task for them,Thanks for your co-operation.
