Morgan Heritage Will Be Settling In Kenya by Nobody: 7:11pm On Jul 31, 2016
– Jamaican reggae legends, Morgan Heritage, will be settling in Kenya after buying land in Naivasha and homes in Nairobi

– Their decision to settle down in ‘paradise’ comes with their plans to launch a music studio in Kenya as well as make Nairobi their headquarters whenever they come to Africa

– In 2015, the band requested Uhuru Kenyatta to grant them Kenyan citizenship as Kenya was like their second home

On Saturday, October 3, 2015, Jamaican reggae sensation, Morgan Heritage performed at the Kenyatta International Conference Centre (KICC) in one of Kenya’s biggest reggae concerts.

At the concert, speaking to the audience, the band implored president Uhuru Kenyatta to grant them Kenyan citizenship. According to Mojo, Jemere, Gramps and Peter, Kenya was like their second home far away from home.

Morgan heritage which has been in Kenya since October, 2015 is said to be planning the launch of a music studio here in Kenya to work in collaboration with Kenyan artists in lifting the music standards.

When it is not clear when they plan to settle down in Kenya, the band has made a revelation that they will be buying land in Naivasha where they plan to settle after retiring.

“Gramps loves the lush countryside, which is very good for his farm business. We have been researching a lot,” Mojo told journalists...
