Job Description:

El-bukelz Nigeria Limited seeks to recruit an experienced Senior Civil Engineer in construction that would be responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of the physical and infrastructural built environment, especially building and road construction

Position Overview
Assist in conducting technical, feasibilitystudies and site investigations to establish effective and efficient project executions.

Identify and resolve project design and development problems.

Assist in plan and specification analysis in order to provide clear, track-able and
coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction.

Coordinate field work including contract
work, to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, specifications and codes.

Assist with the research and preparation of field change requests to resolve design issues.

Identify and implement construction-
specific opportunities for improvement.

Test building materials for quality and
provide costs estimates and labour
required for each project.

Up-to-date knowledge of local, state and
federal government/agencies rules,
standards and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:
A First Degree or its equivalent in Civil
Engineering or any related discipline.

Foundation design, retaining wall
experience.

Higher degree will be an added advantage.

Strong project management skills.

At least six years of relevant working

SUMMARY:
Design, Supervision, Commissioning & preparation of operational maintenance manual for electromechanical
equipments & piping, Hydro-mechanical Equipment, pumping station, HVAC systems (Chillers, DX, VRV & Unitary) and Ducting, Fire fighting & other
Engineering systems.

Effective coordination skill.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordination, Design and Drafting of
building mechanical services from
conceptual to completion stage.

Preparation of tender documents including; detailed drawings, specification and Bill Of Quantities.

Participate in tender technical analysis and negotiations.

Review and approve workshop drawings for construction.

Supervision of construction and installation works of building mechanical services.

Liaise with Project Managers, Architects,

Comprehensive knowledge of principles of structural Engineering design in areas of bridges, high-rise buildings,

Construction Supervision. In addition, a firsthand understanding of Engineering Business, Marketing, Client relations & Project Management. Multi-disciplinary team leadership.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design consultation & Development,

Develop and set up a project management and administrative system.

Ensure the timely implementation of the

responsibility for procurement of goods,

As needed, coordinate the recruitment and ensure effective supervision of PIU staff, short-term specialists and other service providers.

Ensure effective planning, budgeting,
