what kind of state is this? Lets assume its right to share food in ado ekiti, what about the rural areas? Are they going to abandon their farm or business and travel to Ekiti for rice?

Something is not right.......... Mr. Fayose, govt. is about making projects that will benefit more people not sharing food. If you want to share food, go to hospital or prison to do so.
