Job Title: Research/Consumer Insights Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description
 Ensure the delivery of forward looking consumer, customer and competitor insights
 Implement, control and report consumer, customer, and CORA research projects defined by the Research and Insights Manager
 Measure and analyse effectiveness of touch point communication, trade performance and consumer behaviour indicators
 Develop and maintain comprehensive competitive analysis
 Ensure best practise methods of consumer research and data analysis
 Support the team in providing insights to understand consumer behaviour, perceptions and needs to drive the development of strategy
 Support development and delivery of End Market Consumer insights and diagnostics to inform brand strategy
 Ensure all relevant consumer insights are effectively integrated into the management information system
 Establish good relations within the team and cross functional networking to develop effective and integrated insights
 Identify and propose improvement opportunities in current processes

Qualifications/Skills/Experience
• Age: Maximum 28 years of age.
• Minimum of a second class Degree from a reputable university.
• Excellent organisational skills and a good eye for details.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Highly creative, enterprising and self-motivated.
• Strong analytical planning, forecasting and research skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work with little supervision.
• Knowledge and understanding of trends
• Possess strong writing skills and have ability to create editorial content at a short notice
• Proficient in Microsoft office products and statistical tools like SPSS
• Ability to integrate social media into broader marketing.
