I noticed my dog makes a disturbing noise where ever the Mosque beside my house calls for prayer. My dog seems to make sound simultaneously with the mosque.

And secondly whenever my dog defecates or wee he tends to cover it up with sand. It seems unusual.

all you have said is normal for a dog . about the worm it is time heavily deworm your dog . before it causes any major damage

Ur dog is howling in response to the prayer call, there's nothing to be scared of. Dogs are neat animals, infact normally a dog won't poo or pee where its living if proper routine is followed. So covering up is just an innate canine behaviour. Your dog needs serious deworming, not just any drug, I strongly recommend injection
