It's Etisalat branded, sim 1 must be Etisalat and it's the only one that can browse while sim 2 can be any network, wanted to use the phone as a mifi so I tried unlocking the sim 1, I put d wrong code too many times and d phone sim locked, like It will show u sim is inserted but won't bring any network, u work in ikeja, if u can unlock it then it's all urs

Don't give him the phone. OP seems very stingy I mean he has a PA as the boss close eye get am phone but no you need N1000 dual sim phone and the seller should meet him at computer village.
