Do you have a meter that can measure the gravity of sins?. Is homosexuality any worse than other sins like lying, murder, cheating, fornication, fighting etc?. God does not punish sins by its weight my brother/sister. It's like people who use "white" to qualify a lie they feel is trivial.

I didn't mention anything about divine punishment for sin which really is God's prerogative.

What we are talking about here are the societal consequences of sexual perversions like sodomy and bestiality.

1)Public heath.The very nature of such perversions makes those who engage in such acts to be a public health risk

2)Social structure. The promotion of such deviant acts could lead to the undermining of marriage and the family which are the building blocks of the society as a whole.
