Let the goodwill messages start pouring in for the winner of Zik Prize Award for Good Governance.

Congrats to him. Let him circulate the Anambra rice around Nigeria before thinking of exporting it. At the price of #9,000 if the rice is actually stone free then it's a money spinner for his state but I don't like the idea of putting his image on the bag. He should have put his state's coat of arm instead.
