First Phase (Acquisition via forward sales):
To qualify, developers must have the minimum of fifteen (15) built-up and ready to move-in units in Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Port-Harcourt, Kano and Kaduna. Assets or properties must be built for residential purposes and must be of very high quality.

Second Phase (Funding/development support and acquisition):
For the second phase, NatanelFlorens will provide funding, development support of assets and acquire via
a specialized Rent-to-Own acquisition platform.

Only successful developers in phase 1 can migrate to phase 2.
