Unruly behaviour of Nigerian people/government is part of Nigerias dilemma...so if you are not a mad dog why are you worried about a leash?

some people are not aware of their responsibilities as Nigerians. Is it to criticize everything the government do that makes you patriotic? When you just want to continue living in the fools paradise that Nigeria has become.

The honest/humble/hardworking combo doesn't guarantee success here. You have to be a sharp guy, cunning like the tortoise because that is the system.

Telling you that change starts with you is what you don't want to hear. How then does change come about? The president with the magic wand? You dey jonse...

Hope you have taken a plate of Aisha rice and you are buying fuel for #87. I know you don't pay for kerosene at more than #100 as you are enjoying 20hrs power supply.

And then you'll go live in a country where there's disciple if not more discipline...

You guys still don't want to stop behaving like goats... stop pissing in public places... stop disturbing the neighbourhood with blaring musics.. stop throwing dirts by the roadside... doing parties right in the middle of the road.. And then you want to go to a country where you'll serve jail term if you're caught doing all of these.....
Now who's the goat..??
Then i know i am in a place were the govt provides rest room at strategic points, were waste bin litres the road and not man holes, were gardens are free for all and not just for beauty or revenue mobilization source, and a place were they have a near perfect market. then the passion to keep laws comes from the soul.

President Muhammadu Buhari has come under heavy criticism following the re-launch of the War Against Indiscipline brigade.

The president re-launched the Brigade on Monday, August 8 in Abuja under the new name, Change Begins With Me (CBWM).
According to Vanguard, the federal government said in this era of insecurity, violence, kidnapping, and other forms of social vices, the role of the brigade in civil intelligence gathering cannot be over emphasized.

Nigerians took to twitter to criticise the move insisting that there was no need for a seemingly forceful approach to making the country better.

The War Against Indiscipline was first introduced in 1984 during Buhari’s administration as head of state.

Great news
Nigerians need this war_against_indiscipline

Nigerians are too ill-discipline, from breacking traffic law to

fighting in public while children watch.

Giving bribe and deliberatly dis-obeying very very basic and simple order.

I hope it affect everybody , rich and poor.
then who's gonna discipline our leaders who have refused to give back to us after paying our taxes??

Very annoing comment from you...nonsense

He said buhari is a failure and i concur.

NL zombie when will you call buhari a failure

We voted the people's general because of his antecedents and achievements. His policies were assumed the best to alleviate our country from impending economic, political and security crises caused by many years of misrule of previous government. We know he will have many challenges but he will definitely win them all as long as Nigerians understand and exercise little patience. Carry Go....slow and steady...Sai Baba.

If we dont need a change in our attitudes then why is everything so scattered? We drive against traffic, throw litter in the drain and we turn round to blame govt for traffic, flooding and every other thing we caused.
We complain of bad leaders but still collect money to vote the same discredited politicians.
What problem do we have with being the change that we seek? Oh...its inconvenient? Anyone that is going the wrong way and does not want correction actually needs a leash!

Are you for real? Yes...the populace got their own flaw but the large part is on the part of our stupid and selfish leaders... You talked about collecting money from politicians... Yes the politicians drew the populace into penury thereby conditioning them be financially insecure and dependent on them...imagine a civil servant that has not be paid for 6 months...why would such reject money from a politician... Btw...either you vote for them or not....they know how to manipulate their way.... This is Nigeria... Nigeria is cursed... Pray for individual success and help those you can help..

From what you wrote, you will collect money from a politician and sell your vote...Now think slowly about this, will the N1000 you collect last you for 4 years?
Im yet to see prisoners that love their chains as much as people like you. Individually let go of the bad behaviour and see Nigeria change.

Though I'm not so sure that the war against indiscipline may be successful now compared to 1985 under a military regime cos Nigerians have changed a lot since then, it will even be the brigade themselves that will openly flout the rules once money passes hands.

There is nothing wrong with queuing in bus stops after all when Nigerians travel abroad they queue in bus stops and at train stations so why not here, and its the same Nigerians that queue over there that criticise why its not done here.

If a policy be it WAI or another will help change the country and Nigerians for the better then please lets throw our weight behind it, if Nigeria is better today then we all stand to benefit, we have long pasted the point where things MUST change.

Buhari, let the change begins with your family and stop with them. Anything beyond this badass change is a disaster to typical Nigerians. You are voted in as President to curb corruption and revive the banana economy, but reverse is the case.
