PROPERTY WORTH N110,000,000.00 TO GET LOAN OF N60,000,000.00

A property in Ikeja worth N110,000,000.00 is to be given out for 1 year to get a loan of N60,000,000.00 with 30% interest to be paid. On forced sale, the property is worth N78,000,000.00.

This valuation was down by a qualified Estate Valuer and the papers are ready for inspection

We need the money to transact business and would be open to SERIOUS MINDED people only, send a mail to or call 08024627500

Thank you,

Look it is not every post that you find in nairaland that is meant for fraud, stop that nonsense and if you dont have anything to contribute hit your head on the wall and sign out.

I said the papers are there and I can even give you address of my present office where I am working now, I work with an ISP called Swift Networks Limited in Saka Tinubu Street, Victoria Island, send a mail to tufot@swiftng.com and if the mail would bounce back but concerning this business, please send a mail to zarahservices@yahoo.com

With the present state of banking consolidation? No bank would pay attention to your property

Please be mindful of your replies to my thread, thank you

Thank you,

Is "giving out" = leasing? I think 1 year is too short a period, if the property is indeed worth N100m. That is not good business, my brother. Also, what sort of property is it? Residential or commercial? Because that says a lot about how the "leasee" can make their money back or even gain some interest on the property.

It would be on a short term leasing and like I said, it is worth N110 million naira and if on forced sale, it is worth N78 million naira, it is a commercial property in Ikeja. We need money to transact 5 serious business and all of them worth 12 million each.

Thank you,
