Sad to hear. I think you should return it immediately, you must have gotten the fake. Be careful when buying phones, there are lots of fake one out there. Remember i warned you about buying fake hot 4. Hope it came with warranty from a reputable store.

My guy... U bought d fake one.. Infinix hot 4 ba3 last like madt... So u bought refurbished... Wen it comes to ba3.. D fone dey kampe... Buy phones from trusted stores or online stores...
