A food manufacturing Company requires the services of a Quality Control Officer


Job Description:
• Carry out Quality assurance related duties within the organization.
• Carry out daily chemical and microbial analysis on finished products.
• Be responsible for timely laboratory analysis.
• Be responsible for proper care of laboratory equipments, tools and materials.
• Follow up results of analysis with production/ necessary units.
• Raise prompt alarm concerning any result outside allowable limits.
• Monitor factory hygiene processes.
• Keep and update records daily.
• Add value/input to present analysis.
• Perform other duties as delegated.

Requirements:
1. Possession of minimum of HND/BSc Micro-Biology/Biochemisy
2. Possess 2 years experience in a food industry, microbial laboratory experience is compulsory
3. Must be able to conduct basic microbial and chemical test
4. Possess the ability to interpret test reports
5. Candidate must be between the ages of
6. Must be hard working and committed
7. Possess analytical and excellent communication skills
8. Possess the ability to work in a team and alone.
9. Candidate must be male
