I did not see Olaseni 'Shane' Lawal on the court during the game. Where was he sad sad sad sad?

We lost the game against Lithuania in the 3rd Quarter. Why did we stop banging in 3 Pointers in the 3rd quarter?

This was a game we should have won hands down. This D'Tigers team is good enough to qualify from their group.

Where was Olaseni Lawal last night?

D'Tigers played very well, by winning 3 of the 4sets(they lost just a set by a higher margin).
Too bad.

I don't know why I'm not surprised..

until we decide to develop other sectors

of sports aside football am afraid

Olympia '20 might be worse
They did well. Why can't yu admit that?! The Lithuanian side would beat Argentina that beat us. They could even give the USA a run for their money. Lithuania is world-class. Nigeria shud be proud to have lost with only 9pts

They have not yet crashed out technically because its decided by points difference, points scored and the likes. But with games against Spain and. Brazil looming, i would rather say its over.
The last time i check, team brazil is shit so dont even mention them

After a 41-36 lead from first half, I was elated cos they brought in lots of energy into the game & the Ibekwe guy did a good job at the defence only for the second half to begin & a different mindset dominated: no defence, terminated the 3pointer throws & missing some good chances.
I sincerely thought we'ad win that over...very disappointed. Can they have a win in the remaining 3 games?

angry

this d'tiger where not well prepared enough (my opinion) to go on international stage.

the rate at which they have been losing is embarrassing to say the least.

Really?? They camped in the United States for months and had lots of friendlies, let's face it, our basketballers are not as talented as their opponents who play for top NBA teams.

But we have nigerians in the NBA naw why dont dey wanna play for their country undecided

They do, Festus Ezeli got injured and Al Farouq Aminu had problems with his insurance. Most Nigerian players who play in the US are college basketball players and not NBA.
