Our client is a Co-Educational international school and caters for day students from crèche to 18 years and currently has over 900 students with 200 boarding students in the secondary school. The School is staffed by well-qualified and experienced teachers, with a modern ICT infrastructure and located in an outstanding environment, highly conducive to learning.
Due to the success of our client’s campus in Abuja, a second campus is shortly being opened in the ancient city of Ibadan, Oyo State. Our client is comprised of four functional sub-Schools, which are “Early Years,”“Primary,” “Secondary” and “Pre-varsity”.

The Early Years fuses the British Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum with that of Nigeria, the Primary and Secondary Sub-Schools’ curriculum is based on the English National Curriculum modified to suit our local circumstances. This integrated curriculum ensures that children get the best of British and Nigeria education to prepare them to be global citizens ready to succeed in a very competitive world.
POSITIONS:
1. Job Title: Deputy Head of School
Location: Ibadan and Abuja Campuses
Job Overview: The Deputy Head of School will lead and directly supervise faculty and classified staff in the development and implementation of the school’s mission and vision in co-ordination with the Head of School and other deputy principals. S/he will also provide leadership in all areas of teaching. This includes curriculum & instruction, educational technology, student assessment and use of data, and learning support.

2. Job Title: Heads of Section (Early Years, Primary, Secondary)
Location: Ibadan and Abuja Campuses
Job Overview: The Heads of Section is responsible and accountable for all aspects of the section operations. S/he is to work according to school’s mission and vision in collaboration with the Head of School and other deputy principals.


3. Job Title: Early Years Teacher
Location: Ibadan and Abuja Campuses
Job Overview: Early Years teachers educate and care for children, usually ages 2 to 5. They teach reading, writing, science, and other subjects in a way that young children can understand. The position is available on a full time permanent basis, with competitive remuneration.

4. Job Title: Primary and Secondary Sub-School Teacher
Location: Ibadan and Abuja Campuses
Job Overview: The position is available on a full time permanent basis, with competitive remuneration. For the successful candidate, you will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the school’s requirements. It will be fundamental to facilitate lessons to foster knowledge and instruction to students while also helping the students develop their personalities and skills. You will be required to plan and deliver lessons that allow students to develop an understanding of your assigned subject area. You will be required to assist students develop self-discipline and enthusiasm about education.

Location: Ibadan and Abuja Campuses
Job Overview: The ideal candidate will be accountable for the quality of teaching, learning and the curriculum for children with SEN and disabilities as the Strategic Lead and to hold accountable, develop and lead a team of people to secure progress for all children with SEN and disabilities.


7. Job Title: Librarian
Location: Ibadan and Abuja Campuses
Job Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Library, ensuring collection availability and development, managing the planning, administrative and budgetary functions of library and information services, providing effective access to library collections and resources, maintaining the organization of library materials and providing library services in response to the information needs of library users.

8. Non-Academic Positions

Job Title: ICT Head
Location: Ibadan and Abuja Campuses
Job Overview: The ideal candidate will lead, manage and support all technical aspects of curriculum and administrative ICT within the school, keeping the school at the forefront of ICT.


9. Job Title: College Secretary
Location: Ibadan and Abuja Campuses
Job Overview: The ideal candidate contributes to overall College strategy, delivery and governance, and representing the College externally. The role has responsibility for the provision of academic services, including student registry, student support and academic research activities.

10. Job Title: Accountant/ Bursar
Location: Ibadan and Abuja Campuses
Job Overview: The Bursar is responsible for the schools’ strategic planning, that is all financial implications and ensuring the school makes best possible use of the resources available by preparing and planning of the school’s annual budget and ensuring that the budget is administered and monitored in accordance with the needs of the school.


11. Job Title: Corporate Affairs /Business Development Manager
Location: Ibadan and Abuja Campuses
Job Overview: The ideal candidate is responsible for delivering a PR and marketing strategy which upholds the School’s national and international reputation as a leading independent school. S/he is responsible for all of the School’s press and written communications (including social media), print materials, digital and video content. S/he will also ensure that trends in marketing within the sector are reflected in the overall School strategy.

12. Job Title: Procurement Manager
Location: Ibadan and Abuja Campuses
Job Overview: The ideal candidate is responsible for procurement planning, costing, negotiation, warranties, specifications and related supply chain and logistics management functions for several projects within our client. The individual will ensure cost-effective procurement of supplies, equipment and services for all Installations and maintenance contracts of the School.


13. Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Ibadan and Abuja Campuses
Job Overview: The ideal candidate plans, coordinates, and manages the operations of the school store selling items such as text books, school supplies and gear, student uniforms, snacks, sundries, and other related items.

14. Job Title: Head of Transport and Logistics
Location: Ibadan and Abuja Campuses
Job Overview: The ideal candidate is responsible to formulate and issue the guidance and criteria to all transportation employees so that school buses, which transport student passengers daily, are maintained and operated in a safe manner.


15. Job Title: School Nurse
Location: Ibadan and Abuja Campuses
Job Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing levels of care and support appropriate to the general needs of children within the school.
