The Bayelsa State Police Command has arrested a 20-year-old man for allegedly raping a five-year-old girl to death in Akedei Community, a riverine suburb in Sagbama Local Government Area. The spokesman of the command, Mr Asinim Butswat, told newsmen on Friday in Yenagoa that the man was arrested on August 9.
