Governor Willie Obiano has stressed the need for a railway line to cut across the major cities in the South East.Governor Obiano stated this in China during the ongoing interactive seminar between China-Africa Business Council and Nigeria Governors forum delegation.The Governor noted that the proposed Lagos, Calabar rail line with a spur terminating at Onitsha will go a long way in boosting the economy of the country, stressing the need for commercial cities of Aba, Nnewi, Ekwulobia to be connected to the rail project.
