That is one gullible way of thinking. We all know that in Africa, that people tend to have

more children based on the fact that children are gift from God and they can have as many

as possible. If not civilization and new tends, don't we see women who have bore as much

as 14-16 kids alone. Thats why family planing is always is a challenge in Africa. Its however

pathetic that a man as well read as the reverend would make such pronouncement. (Truly:Ignorance knows no boundaries) Simple
