This morning, someone sent in these photos of the accidents that occurred around New Road area after Chevron Roundabouts along Lekki-Ajah expressway, Lagos.

According to our source, who was in one of the vehicles (the white bus) involved, three vehicles consisting two SUVs and a commercial bus were involved in the accident. No one was killed in the accident, but some were injured.



Our source, who was on her way to work narrated the story:

An SUV was going towards Ajah swerved, while trying to avoid a pedestrian who was crossing the road, and flew over the culvert to the other side of the expressway hitting another SUV while a commercial bus ran into the SUV in front.

As at time of reporting, no one was killed in the accidents, and officers of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) and Lagos State Transport Management Authority (LASTMA) came in time to the injured to the hospital.
