Job Title: National Chef

Responsibilities
• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
• Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards and develop recipes
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Plating and Garnishing of Food
• Packaging of food for delivery
• Estimate food requirement and costs.
Key Requirements
• Proven working experience as a Chef
• Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
• Must be creative and have excellent manual dexterity.
• Time-Management skills is an advantage
• Must be excellent with garnishing and plating
General Management Skills
• Strong Analytical & Problem Solving Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Relations,
