Although Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Solomon Dalung, denied that John Mikel Obi paid $4000 to save the Dream Team from the hands of hotel officials in Sao Paulo over bills incurred by additional Nigerian Football Federation officials — The NFF has now confirmed on their website www.thenff.com that the incident indeed occurred.
