1. Download and complete the fresh land application form attached below;

2. Take the completed form along with photocopies of all required documents to AGIS fresh application desk, after making the required payment at any of the following banks

List of banks;
-Aso savings and loans
-Fidelity bank
-First bank
-Guaranty trust bank (gtbank)
-Eco bank
-Heritage bank
-SunTrust Savings & Loans Ltd
-United bank for Africa (uba)

3. Submit application documents and e-payment slip/teller at AGIS.

4. Collect your receipt and acknowledgement.
