If the CBN organ responsible for banking supervision had any shred of dignity,the topshots would have since resigned and taken an express flight to Siberia.That said,i think the rating agencies have shot themselves in the foot again.These banks almost had quadruple A ratings,we were led to believe that we had financial behemoths who had unlimited reserves.Now we know better.
