I just checked my cousin's credentials for admission and dicovered the following:
His jamb results bears Obieze Chima Clement
While his O'level result bears Obieze Clement Chima.
Can this cause a problem in the future or during admission process? The names are his but the arrangement in the two documents differs. Can one be corrected with a sworn affidavit?

Can someone at least reply?

If the Surname is Obieze then ther is no problem here..... some ppl write their other name first before the English name and some write English name before other name.
